What to do:
- 4 cups crushed Garden of Eatin' blue corn tortilla chips
- 7 slices Havarti sliced cheese
- 1 can olives sliced
- 1 1/2 cups Daisy sour cream
- 1 can meijer organics Black Refried Beans
- 1 can Simple Truth organic Tri-Bean Blend
- 1 tbs dried cilantro
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup meijer organics traditional pasta sauce
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 onion diced
- 3 cloves of garlic
What to do:
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Add onion and garlic. Saute until tender
- Add cilantro, cumin, garlic powder, pepper, and salt
- Mix well, then add both cans of beans (do not drain)
- Add pasta sauce, heat on medium till heated through
- Spray 9 x 13 pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Spread crushed tortilla chips in pan for first layer
- Add bean mixture and spread for second layer
- Spread sour cream on top for third layer
- Place olives on top then place slices of cheese on top layer
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
