Breakfast

For breakfast this morning my children got a cup of King Vitamin Cereal.
King Vitam Cereal's main ingredients are corn flour, oat flour, coconut oil and brown sugar.
It's one of the few cereals the kids can eat.
I also gave them a cup of Apple Juice. We use Indian Summer apple juice.
Most juices have citric acid. Apple juices are more likely to use ascorbic acid.

I eat Kashi's Organic Strawberry Fields cereal.
